Sonny, I have also always heard very good reviews of "Vector Doctor". I don't know how they can do the vectorizing as well as they do for the inexpensive prices they charge.
Now, If you want a "freebie" from a friend, feel free to send me the file and I'll give it a shot. I'm currently hanging out in Mexico and have tons of time on my hands!!

Ive also heard good things about vector doctor but the only service I've used personally was ignitiondrawing.com Their work was cheaper than I could imagine and the vectors were perfect. They also do embroidery digitizing.
