I think the One Shot poster enamels would be a better bet, they stick really well to a wider variety of surfaces, especially considering the new formulas for the lettering enamels.

Poster enamels do set up alot faster on polyethylene vinyl films, I have definitely seen before. Sometimes the Lettering Enamel takes days to set up, unless it is either top coated or base coated with Poster enamel.
I would also love to know about similar thickness polyester films and how enamels react to it???
I am trying to find some
6 mil vinyl enamel receptive adhesive backed (light stick) on craft paper colored brown backing paper either in sheets or on rolls
Anyone have a clue where I can find this????
