OP, you should try digital-print-solutions.com for printed banners. $1.49 a sq. ft. with hems & grommets. I've been buying digital prints, banners, coro signs and more from them and the service has always been outstanding and high quality. For blank banners I use Creative Banner as well but with Digital Print Solutions I don't make my own banners anymore.

Dave, I called that digital print company that you mentioned. I wanted to compare them with 365. 365 is next day shipping for $10 and they can match Pantone colors and do contour cuts. The other place said two or three days to ship and they can dial in cymk and charge shipping by weight.

I think when 365 says they match Pantone colors they are still using CMYK, just getting the closest possible match, rather than using an actual spot color. I could be wrong, I hope someone can correct me if I am. I'd like to know.
