I'm working on a rush job that -MUST- be done by this evening. It requires a navy blue color for the text. I have One Shot Brilliant blue, and I'm wondering if anyone has a standard way of doing this. My thought was to add some black, and a very small amount of yellow, to counteract the "purple-ish' look that brilliant blue has. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

Crack your cans get some popsicle sticks and experiment. I'd try adding a little dark brown and possibly a bit of orange or yellow to knock back the purple if need be.
