I have been offered and I accepted a production art position at a firm that does interactive training for military aircraft. Somewhat flexible hours, benefits, paid time off and most important at this time: steady paycheck. So it looks like I will be shifting gears a little over the next couple of weeks.
I started my design studio Jan. 2 2000- right in the midst of the Y2K uncertainty- in July of that years I finished my studio workshop, a 14'x32' metal barn that hold my 8 color t-shirt press and dryer. in 2010 I expanded and added an addition office space at the house.
I had some good profitable years from 2001-2009, but then things started declining- the past 3 years have really hit hard.
I will keep the t-shirt studio running, but it will be more limited projects (like ones that actually make a profit). I am not quitting the design biz, just refocusing my work in a different direction to help support my family and make sure the every increasing mountain of bills have a a chance to be paid.

Wow, that seems like a great opportunity. After you get settled in, you're gonna have to post some pics of your work here and not on that darn Facebook.(The last part of that sentence is to be read aloud in a nagging tone)
