This week my Mutoh plotter started cutting throught the liner only at the bottom of the 24" roll. If I were to cut a 12 x 18 parking sign, the bottom part of the border and lettering cuts plum through the paper. It does this only on inch from the bottom. Not on every job, but weird. Puzzling. Any ideas anyone? Thanks, Mike -------------------- Mike Duncan Lettercraft Signs

Ok, So after a cup of coffee and a closer look, The cutting strip was scored all the way through. Problem solved. That dang thing lasted 10 years. The replacement was in the bottom of my junk drawer. They even put enough on the roll for two applications. I'm good until the year 2525 (if man is still alive). Ahhh. On with the rest of the day.
