i just replaced the front bumper on my 99 dodge 1500 today. while i had the bumper off........wondered how it would look if ya took another grill, turned it upside down......cut out the bumper to fit around it....and make the front of the p/u look like a PETERBUILT))))) photopainted this.... well..........the question you need to ask...DO I GIVE 2 SCHITS... if you like it or not....should be answered before you posted))))))) as for the AMC pacer & germlin....cant say those were all that bad. you want garbage vehicles i can give you a couple to ponder as to where they fall on bad design..... I had a 1972 gremlin X 304 v8. It truly was a "sleeper". I put a 4 inch lift on it and Off road tires. Everyone at my High school wanted to ride in it. I gave more than one Camaro a run for thier money.

I like the concept Joe!!! It really does look like it should have a grill like that.
I wonder how much it would cost to "reshape" the bumper and get it re-chromed though?

cuttin the bumper is the only hard part. the top of the bumper(black)is plastic, the lower part of the bumper (grey)is also plastic. i got the bent up bumper i took off......and iam gona get another grill........lay it on the old bumper mark it and get out the OX/ACYT cuttin torch.......on the old bumper most of the damage is where that grill would go))))
