Need to order some stuff today, and GR print is giving me this message when trying to log on. Anyone else having this problem? Here's the message I'm getting. It gives me the option to make an exception...just not sure about it.
This Connection is Untrusted
You have asked Firefox to connect securely to secure.grprint.com, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.
Normally, when you try to connect securely, sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified. What Should I Do?
If you usually connect to this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
secure.grprint.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate is not trusted because no issuer chain was provided. (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

I did call them twice...picked tech support option 3 and left a message with my problem. That was about 9am this morning, and they haven't called back. Guess I will pick another vendor

Check the date on your PC. Sometimes after a power failure here the date resets itself to a few years ago, and we get messages like that from several websites. After correcting the date, all goes smoothly.
