Plus anyone who's had a debit card knows that the daily limit of cash on these things would put your total payback in the hundreds of years. I like the e mail address for the FedEx official. They didn't even spell that right.

Dave, after being cautioned in another thread that some of these emails may not actually be scams.... maybe you should look into this to see if it is actually legitimate.
You never know. You may be passing up an easy $10 mil.

I,ve been thinking about moving to Nigeria,...seems I have about $50,000,000,000,000,000.99 in banks over there just waiting for me to pick up,.....from about 300 different bank accounts and trust funds,....Isn't it nice to be so rich,...leesee at $10 mil a day at least once a day for the past three years ,..sumbody owes me a helluva interest dividend,....Maybe they could just keep the money and send me the daily interest due on it,..

Most of those are written in whatever native language, then run thru a translation program- which is why there are so many "weird" words and phrases. I had a program that translated Spanish/English, so I would type in stuff from a Spanish textbook and it would try to translate to English- you would end up with all types of weird translations...
Oh, people DO fall for these- there was a news story not too long ago where 4 local people went in together on one of them, even going so far as to book flights and FLY to Nigeria to pick up their winnings... of course they came back empty handed.

I never thought of that, Michael. We just got a new phone that 'talks' (in a manner of speaking), when a call come in. You should hear some of the jibbergobbledeegook that comes out of that thing. Whatever shows up on the caller ID, it tries to speak. If someone's name or business name is abbreviated, it speaks it that way too. It's quite comical at times.....

Actually, English is Nigeria's official language as it is for several African countries. I correspond with a Nigerian guy in my facebook account and sometimes his grammar is a little hard to figure out but , for the most part, it's pretty good.

Wayne, there was a typo in the letter. I really think that since it was a game preserve it's suppose to read, "a very large sum of monkeys were entrusted to my safe keepings. The monkeys were to have been intentioned to help save the animals..."
