This one's not too tough to figure out, but I thought I'd post it anyway:
I was using a lazer level earlier on a jobsite, man was it cool. Saved me all kinds of time. I need lines going around a building that has irregular shaped walls, and this was just the ticket.
Part of the lines go across some tinted glass. Even though it was dark enough for the lazer lines to show up everywhere else, they didn't swow up on the tinted glass very well. (I know, duh, it goes right through, Jim)
Well, I got out a piece of paper, about 8.5" x 11", held it against the glass where the line was. I rested my hand on the paper, with the tip of my marker touching the glass, just off the edge of the paper where the line was running off. Then, with my other hand, I pulled the paper, hand, & marker along the lazer line, leaving a white line on the glass.
A LOT simpler that it sounds.
