This was 2 signs, 20lb hdu 42" x 120" to hide the old nasty stucco. I scraped all the loose stuff off and installed the new ones. I measured those columns many times at various spots to make sure the new would be just under size and fit easily. I think they grew because I had to chip away concrete for about 2 hours to get them to fit but they are certainly snug.

Hmmmmm,
Looks like a little hand carving thrown in.....nice.
I like the background texture too. Sorta like ripples.
Very good job!
Thanks for sharing.

GREAT STUFF.....Can you tell us about the background??? Looks like you did a pocket, then added some texture.

Just a touch of hand carving - had the router cut the profile but wanted the anchors to have a hand finished rougher look rather than machined. Nothing like your carvings Joe - a talent I wish I had.
Its all routed from one piece of 2" except for the anchor. I used a seamless texture I made in Photoshop that I thought had a watery feel and built the file in Artcam and let er rip. I have an 8' table so there was a pull through which is a pain but it came out good.

That looks fabulous. About a million times better than the original and I love your subtle color changes in the panels. Love....Jill

Crisp and clean, I like it. Like the two layer blue at the bottom for breaking up negative space.
