My daughter Vicki has been travelling around Australia for the past 18 months in a mobile home, signwriting as she goes.
At the moment she is in Waikere. A little town on the Murry River in South Australia not far from Rod Tickles old haunts.
Been there for 3 months now! Stopped to get some paint from the local hardware and they grabbed her, and she hasn't stopped signing the town since.
All HAND PAINTED stuff! She only has a laptop to layout on. No pounce patterns either.
"Dad ... thanks for showing me how to hand draft signs"
Here's a house boat she just did.
Her next major project is Gold Leaf and scroll work on a restored Paddle Steamer.
Can't wait to see that!

You did Good Jon! Your skill shows through in your Daughter. My Nine year old daughter goes out with me when she can. I hope that she takes to it like yours did! I would be Proud Too.

Where'd she learn to do that Jon?
Really, really nice.

Dale, Vicki is one of those natural talents you only have to push in the right direction and give a bit of confidence.
