Hi again fellurz. I got a call for 150 full color, full bleed, 2 sided signs for a clothing store. Should I offer them printed vinyl on pvc, or should I just find someone to print some posters for me? I'm thinking the posters would be flimsy. I've just been more of an outdoor signmaker! Is there someone out there with a flatbed printer?

What size are they Felix? Inside or outside usage? There's a few different ways you can go about this one.

Sorry, I didn't see the "interior" in your post header. One more thing, how many colors? Photos?

I'm emailing you the design & specs.
Thanks, Felix

Felix,
If the dimensions allow for it, the typical bubble jet printer could handle it for you. Most will run 110 lb stock, also known as index paper, but plan on going thru a quite a few ink cartriges at that quantity. (Check your printer's documentation to make sure.)
I'd only reccommend that method if the TEXT is what requires the bleed. Should it be the backround that needs bleeding, finding a card stock for it might be difficult.
If you need a heavier paper stock, you'd probably be best off jobbing it out to a commercial printer, but leave yourself the option for doing the setup work for them. It's probably going to be where the REAL money is on a job like the one you described.
Hope this helps... Rapid

Hiya Felix, A few questions... How big? Are they free standing or will they go in a frame? Is this an interior mall location or will some be exposed to sunlight(uv)? Are all the images/sizes the same? If they're all exactly the same, screen printing may be the way to go. Flatbed digi-printing is good if there's a lot of changes in the design. I'm sure there's other options out there too.
Havin' fun,
Checkers

The sizes are 2x3. But I'm kinda confused right now because I went to the store last nite & saw all they have are regular posters. Nothing mounted or anything.
