ENGLISH:
CAUTION!
Wet hardwood floors freshly coated-
STAY OFF FLOORS until the above date
(**this refers to a handwritten date on the signs)

SPANISH:
¡El CUIDADO!
Los pisos mojados de la madera
dura revistieron frescamente-
PERMANECE LEJOS PISOS
hasta encima de la fecha.

**The spanish should read

Try this:

CUIDADO

PISOS DE MADERA RECIENTEMENTE
PINTADOS.

NO CAMINE SOBRE ESTA AREA HASTA
LA FECHA INDICADA.
