Does anyone know the name of the font used in the Firestone Tire logo? I did a search here on the board with no results. I have Corel 8 with a ton of fonts in it but not enough time to look through hundreds of them. I am lettering a tow truck tomorrow and have the Firestone logo but would like to add Auto Center in the same font if possible. Thanks.

If Im not mistaken the Firestone typestyle is an original mark dating back from the 1800s, and has been modified numerous times during the companies life. I think you will have to render your own missing letters from it.

dave,
you can use the word firestone for all of the letters you need except the A&C. try fabricating those two by using some existing letters. yoou can probably make a C out of the O. i don't know about the A. Just be creative. i have done this with other fonts with fairly good success.
