After seeing Scooter's post about cutting acrylic, I thought I'd expand on his question.
Has anyone used a roto-zip on acrylic? It's worked well for me on everything I've tried it on so far. I cut some circles with it once in some clear acrylic with a template and it went through it clean as a whistle. It's worked great with PVC sheets and laminates too. It's a really great tool. Just curious if anyone else has tried one and what your results have been.

Yep I have one and use it mostly for cutting fiberglass.

I got a special bit for it though called a "DuraCut".. instead of a spiral bit, it's got knurled teeth on it and it's 1/4" diameter instead of 1/8". I kept breaking the 1/8" bits, they just arent any match for 1/4" thick fiberglass. [Smile]
