I got the samples from Roger quite a while ago (thanks!) and tried them out, I apply everything dry so I dont have much use for the app fluid. The acrylic cleaner is good stuff. Then there is the rapid Prep, I tried it and honestly didnt see the big deal. I landed this client who builds and races vintage race cars (incredible stuff to see a shop with at least 80 $700,000 and up cars!) I have been doing basic striping, circles and numbers for them and all of these cars have what seems like an 1/8" of wax on them. I thought, what the heck, I'll try it. THIS STUFF WORKS! a couple of applications and the wax was gone. I was using a wax stipper from my body supply but no more.... good stuff Roger!

I have to agree 110%. I have used a little more than a gallon of the stuff and it is great!!! No more Acryl Clean in my shop!

I'll add my approval too! Rapid Prep is good stuff! I had a "peeling/not sticking" problem on a "honey wagon" tanker last year. I peeled off the existing lettering, used Rapid Prep to clean the surface and re-applied new lettering and it stuck!
SO, if you have a "poopy" problem..consider Rapid Prep!

While doing a job of 50 pt cruisers I've been to a few dealership body shops to do 'em and turned a couple of them onto the stuff ... and they were telling me they used windex as a spray mount ... so I gave them the Rogeresque lecture. We use the stuff to clean everything ... vehicles (obviously), parts before printing, we even use it to clean our printing press's and die press (gotta keep em greased but can't have the grease everywhere) Don't even have any Acryliclean in the shop anymore. My only problem is I can't get the prep in gallons, they keep sening me four spay bottles when I order a gallon and I want to order it like I do the tac (when I have a half gallon left I order 2 more)
For vinyl I mount about 80 percent of it dry but use the tac about 95 percent of the time. I clean once with prep then clean again with the tac.
I gotta get a picture of my vinyl install toolbox ... have a holder built into it to carry two spray bottles ... 1prep, 1tac

You be da man Mark, now just so ya know. Your supplier is giving you a great price break, the gallons are less then 4 quarts.
Don't know why they would not keep it in gallons, oh well ??

One more use for Rapid Prep...
My son recently purchased a "new" used car. The previous owner enjoyed smoking "special roll your own" cigarettes with the windows rolled up. I am sure there are some of you that know how hard the film is to get off of a windshield. We tried Windex several times with no improvement. I finally grabbed my sample of Rapid Prep and cleaned it completely and streak free in one pass.
I had already tried the sample for what is intended for, and have a gallon on order.
