while spending alot of time agonizing about how to do a job (repair someone else's work)...i stumbled across a great product....

it's a CLEAR universal primer, called Prime-It by Swing Paints Ltd. it goes over virtually any surface and under almost any paint.

So, for those of you, like me, who only use water-based products, this is a great find.

i was testing it go over an oil-stain and then continue my job with latex and it was great.

this company also sells ice paint (for hockey rinks), and all kinds of useful products. they really should advertise on this board..

also, this company is CANADIAN. YAY!!!

They do sell in US and Europe, too......

AND, it's cheaper than any other primer i have used before.
