I just got approval for some flat wall lettering.

The letters are approximately 12" tall.
Would you use plexi or sintra, and how would you prep it?

Confused! Do you plan on mounting plexi or sintra on the wall and appling gold leaf letters...or...cutting out the letters from plexi or sintra and guilding them?

I'll cutout either plexi or PVC, then gild, then install. It's an existing curved, tiled wall.
