I copied the picture as you said and it showed a plus that it copied and pasted...but it disappears when it posts. What gives Rusty?

Assuming that you have the picture uploaded, open the picture in a browser and copy the URL.
Then come back here and type:
[img] URL [img] without the spaces. (You can paste the URL after the first [img]).

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO........only residents can post pics.......THRU LETTERVILLE. if you have a PHOTOBUCKET FLIKER account you can put pics on the board. you have to upload the pic to that account, then COPY THAT ADDRESS into letterville in FULL REPLY-IMAGES and your pic will apear)))

You just need to find somewhere to host the image, then use the "image" button below and paste in the web address. You're done.
