Hello everybody. I just retired my Mimaki CG-6 plotter after 20 years and bought a new Mimaki CG-60 SRIII. It is cutting from SignLab Vinyl Pro 9.1 but it is making a lot of bumping noise and cutting into back paper where it bumps. I set it up to Cut 1 with Speed - 20, Pressure - 90. and the Offset - 30. The plotter make the Speed - 40, Press - 290 and the Offset stays at 30. This setting is causing the plotter to cut all the way through. I have adjusted the blade up and down but can not get the plotter to cut right this morning. Any ideas how to fix my problem...got to get some vinyl cut!!
I have searched all videos, SignLab's manual and my Mimaki's manual and so far haven't fixed the problem. Help! Forgot to add that my OS is Windows 7 Professional.
Judy
Thanks,
Judy
