I was trying to find out who posted the "Silent Signwriter book to thank them in this post as I did find another link in case another person out of letterville would like to see this;
as I do have a couple friends that couldn't open the link (as I suspected because they weren't lettervillians), so here it is:

Thanks - that was some entertaining reading. Makes we wish for the good old days... I remember getting the "Signs of the Times" magazine and checking out the classified ads. Ricado, thank you for reminding us who it was that posted this last month. Ricardo, where did you find it?
I sent it to a friend of mine in NY who is a consultant for Times Square electric signage; and he now can open it. Also, it was very beautifully preserved.
