I haven't been or posted on this site for...years!!
Took sime time off, had a kid, spent a year restoring/renovating and now (or very soon) think it's time to get back to work (or play, for those of you who agree signmaking is fun).
I have, in my absence, been reading about the majic putty product now available and am wondering if anyone has any useful info about it.
I understand Dan S. has been using it, and have seen some really nice signs being made out there.
I just got back from Disnet FLA, Universal etc and am looking forward to trying a few sculptures.
Any Tips/ sources?
Appreciate the feedback

Shirley

If indeed you are talking about magic putty which is an epoxy putty, it has it's use's at times but it's way too expensive to use in 3D work. You will want Magic Sculpt and Magic Smooth as coatings for 3D work. Magic Putty is too stiff and has way too short open time to be of any use in sculpting.

Contact Steve Greer at Abracadabra signs as he is the Canadian distributor and not too far from you. www.abracadabrasigns.com
