I'm now officially on the way to the ISA show in Las Vegas. I'm sitting in the airport in Vancouver, with a flight to Los Angeles and then on to Las Vegas. It feels weird to have been home for only a couple of days between trips... the time went far too fast!

But now it is time to refocus for the long days of the trade show and meetings. It is going to be exciting to say the least!

I hope to see lots of folks I know and meet with lots of new friends in the next days. I'll be at the MultiCam booth for the most part.

See you in Las Vegas!

Maybe they'll have a chop saw down there.

Duncan and Dan, two of the most cartographically challenged navigators Canada has ever produced. What could possibly go wrong?

Duncan, you will have to watch out...Joe said Dan & he were quite the gamblers in Atlantic City. And now Vegas! [Wink] [Rolling On The Floor]

My good mate, Dave Drane and his wife Libby will be there from Queensland.

So if you hear an Ozzie accent it's probably him. [Smile]

I got to Seattle on time, so I'm look'n good so far. Ah, ISA in Vegas. Fill up your brain and empty your pockets. LOL Jon,I'll keep my ears open for an Ozzie accent.

The weather is fabulous here. The show officially starts tomorrow but I got out there this afternoon and it looks pretty good. Lots of familiar faces and lots of new ones too.

Kent Smith dropped over to say hi... but haven't seen any other letterheads yet.

Watch out...A walk in Vegas is always misleading. You think "I'll just walk over to that hotel I see there..." and it's like 5 miles away.

There is a story here Doug... Duncan & I did exactly that and we walked for many more than 5 miles [Smile] But we had fun and created some cool memories in the process.

Now Kel, do you really think Dan and I can behave?

Doug. On our second last Vegas walkabout, Dan and I thought it's about time we saw the 'Old Strip - Freemont'. Well, according to Dan we take a right when we leave Mandalay Bay. After a fairly long time we came upon the 'Now leaving Las Vegas sign. The only "bright lights" ahead were stars in the sky. After a brief huddle, we broke down and walked into a gas bar and bravely asked the cashier if we were close. The look on her face said it all. Not to be defeated, we headed back in a Northerly direction and eventually discovered the subject of our quest. Needless to say, the paws were a little tender after that. However, after an ice cream cone and a pit stop, we were convinced it was a worthwhile adventure full of cool memories.
Last time we only ventured as far as the World of Coke and had a float. This time, who knows?
..... and that's the rest of the story.

Then there's my version of what REALLY happened....

I can hardly wait until Atlantic City and I get to wander with Dan...but, I'm giving the directions.

Good luck with that Raymond. Dan does some funky kind of mind meld trick. He insists he is the innocent party. Resistance is futile.

Easy & fun way to get downtown from Mandalay Bay. Walk up to the MGM Grand, take the monorail to the Sahara. Walk out to the strip and get on the city bus with all the crazy tourists. It goes right to Fremont.
