I haven't been on the board for a while. I spend most of my day chasing my tail. Between doing quotes, design work, getting permits, paying bills, ordering materials, answering the phone, running to see a customer who is 'just shopping', deleting junk email, and working on trucks and equipment there's not much time left to fabricate signs or get on the internet.
So how has everyone been??

I have made some changes to better survive the recession, but sales haven't picked up much, so I'm hoping I made enough of the right changes to weather another year! I certainly am busy myself, with less then half the outside labor assistance I once had...
