I have a customer looking to get some table tent cards made that he can put on a shelf near cash registers. Size doesn't have to be exact but probably about 5"X7". He only needs about 50 so even if I could find the stock I could do them in house. These are the type that have the third piece on the bottom that sticks to the counter.

Thanks,
JAKE

For cheapy ones and that small amount, you could get some legal size card stock and print your own on a laser printer.
If needed, find one at a bar or restaurant, open it up to create a template.

For nicer ones, I have mounted prints on 3mm pvc, heated them up, and bent them into shape.

I think I have seen blank template style ones at office max, office depot, etc. Thinking you can print them yourself. You could also order postcards from overnightprints.com and stick them to the templates? Postcards are 4 x 6
