wondering what is the best approach to cutting reflective w/my roland? The traditional blade (I think 30 degree) seems to cut it best (although I haven't tryed to do that in some time) but I was told to use 60 or 70 degree blades. That didnt work..any insight

Do whatever works. I have an Ioline (Super 88) and cut reflective with it all the time. The recommendation is to use a 60 degree blade because of the thickness of the reflective and the 60 degree blade does not have a shoulder on it. However I use the standard 45 degree blade (that has a shoulder on it) and it works just fine. I just need to set my down pressure to compensate for the thickness but I don't have to go into my control panel to reset my degree angle, etc. like I would if I used the 60 degree blade. I usually slow the cutting speed dowm some too. I also dedicate a blade for reflective because the reflective dulls it faster. Hope this help some.
