hello: how can we do about fonts that customer don't know nothing and often give a jpg copy after we give the sign price?
by the way, I need the font "stone san medium" and font "stone san semibolt".

that is the million dollar question.
www.myfonts.com has a feature called what_the_font, but a lot of people post pics of the font right here on the bullboard so we can all feel your pain and play that endless game of "who can name this font?"
Freeware fonts can be found at Dafont.com and fontspace.com, but if you have to buy the font, you have to charge it right back to the customer--only you need to warn them of this possibility before pricing the job.

That would be up to you to state what YOU need for supplied artwork and or typestyle. PRIOR to giving quotes.

from now on add a similar sentence to your quotes
vector file presumed to be available for reproduction. artwork fees will apply if non adequate material is supplied.
