Hiya 'Heads, Ya, this is a shameless plug I just got back from the accountant and I'm a little upset. I actually have to PAY taxes this year. In all of my years of indirectly working for Uncle Sam, I always got a refund. But not this year, thanks to EstiMate When I established the business, one of the first "real" purchases I made was EstiMate Software. I got all the bells and whistles, including the QuickBooks link too. Before I "opened my doors", I did my homework and listened to what others had to say about estimating software. Since too many people here always spoke highly of EstiMate it wasn't a hard sell - and now I know why. Sure, it took some time to go through all the set up required with the program, but I wanted to work with real numbers and I wanted the business to run profitably. So, I entered in all the figures from my business plan and ran with it. I also told the program that I wanted to net 20% after taxes and, sure enough, it was perfect. The business netted almost exactly a 20% profit last year. I may not be rolling in dough yet, but with EstiMate, I know I'm heading in the right direction. Who knows, maybe in a few more years, I might be able to take a real vacation I just want to say thanks to Mark Smith and the Team at EstiMate. Without your program and support, it would have been a lot harder to do.

Darn that Mark Smith! Imagine a software that actually works.
BTW, I think people are going to be VERY happy with the new Estimate 2.0. Mark has put a lot of work into it and it shows.
