When you consider what you might pay for an automotive base coat, the price isn't all that bad.

good paint is higher priced.....but that's usually why it's good paint. I'm higher priced.......but that's usually why I'm good!

I've never paid too much for good tools, but I've sure got a pile of junk tools that weren't worth a damn. I feel the same way about materials & supplies used in the shop. I can still buy redwood but can not find the quality old-growth fine vertical grain stuff I used to take for granted at any price. To me, GOOD paint is worth whatever it costs. Glad to see them in the market.
(jeez, I must be getting old, it just took me a paragraph to say what Vince said in one sentence.)

Thier slogan says it all.
"There's nothing more expensive than cheap paint"

100 US per gallon is norwmyeal price heree in Nowyhere for good acryl.

sometimes there are campaigns selling 3 liters (3/4 of a gallon) for 150 kr (approx 30 US)
and no
cheap latex isnt comparable to good acryl

Last time I looked many years ago, One Shot in red would cost you over $20 a quart. $100 a gallon for quality paint is about normal I'd say.

I have used their solventborne (Dutchlac), it covers realy well., They have gloss and satin, or you can mix the 2 to get something in between. You do need to read their directions for coating out a panel. They only charge 5% of the order $$ for UPS delivery. Good people to deal with
