Hi guys. I'm quoting (36) 10" x 5.5" golf cart stickers (No install), but I'm not sure what to get for them.

The blue & white are cal plus, the gold is Calon HP metallic.

We had done 3 of these a few weeks ago for 15 buck ea.

Estimate said 4.81 ea. or $3.85 with a quantity discount. BUT, I did it again & I got $21 something per unit. (I think its got some bugs)

Can someone give me a hand?

Thanks always,
Felix

My quick guess is 6.80 ea.
I always figure 6.50 per square foot for cut vinyl. Times 2 for 2 colors and $50 for the numbers - in order.

That's about what we had in mind. Thanks John!

Hiya Felix,
I'm using estimate too and coming up with $10.58 each if I use HP vinyl. That includes 30 minutes of design time and about 4.5 hours of production/assembly. Intermediate is about $9.40 each.
These prices include a 20% discount for 20 or more.

Havin' fun,

Checkers

Sq. ft. vinyl @ 8.00 sq. ft. (or double your cost) & estimated labor to weed & combine.

Sometimes you have to do the "long form" pricing.

It's not always a sq. ft. price, especially the long run stuff.

If you double your costs & set your shop rate correctly... you can't lose!

Good luck & prepare to lose a few bids... if you get them all you're too cheap. (I don't need to tell you that).

$15.00 each on longer runs will be great until they bid it out... you stand a chance to really
tee them off if the competitor is 50% less.

Mind you.. if the design was wild, 1 of a kind, something only you can do... the PRICE IS RIGHT!

This is not the case here.

Good job & good luck.

I would print them on the edge and charge $8 a piece. Save alot on labour for weeding and no need to mask with edge print.

Would come out to $16 sq.ft. Cost of material would be $54, resell at$288 = $234 profit for 15 minute work!

Since I got this machine (edgeII 2 years ago) I call it my money printing machine!
