Think it will be great to meet up with some of the people I have "met" through this site, since the mid 90's....and more...its going to be great [Smile]

Re-new the your passport 3 months in advance!. . .What does that mean?

John...This is a requirement that is becoming more and more prevelant. It is a requirement of some countries that you might be visiting. I am assuming that they want to ensure that your passport is still valid in case your return is delayed due to illness or accident.

This is a page that mentions this requirement.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

I found out that you only have to renew your passport if it expires within 3 to 6 months from the date of travel, according to the Federal information (1-800-FED-INFO). Ours expire 2012, thank goodness.
