I'm building my first shop!!!! Its only a 20' by 30' built to look like an old barn.went with infloor heat and an electric boiler 9kva. the upstairs has a 20' dormer on one side. Talk about excited. hehe. My question is I would like to paint the floor to look like the old cobble stone streets and was going to use 1-shot. But will a car that has a 120 degree tire melt the paint off the cement? Does anyone know what would work to keep such a disaster from happoning? Thanks

Hot tires will kill it unless you seal the floor.
There are tire resistant paints available at most hardware stores.

you do realize that if you are like some of us(namely me)...you need not worry...your shop will have so much other stuff in it that you won't be able to fit a car in it! but just in case...what rapid said!

We used a two part epoxy floor paint from Sherwin Williams on our bay floor. It isn't cheap, stinks like heck (major ventilation... we used the supplied air system mask we use in the spray booth), and will take a day or two to dry. I will say that the floor has held up well and is easy to clean.
You will have to etch your concrete with muratic acid, which is a stinky process in itself. It is a necessary step, though.
Do not cheap out on this surface. You will rue the day you tried to save a couple of bucks and bought a wannabe brand or a lesser quality paint. Trust me on this one.
Rubber tires will pull paint off of concrete, especially new tires. I don't know why but they do. I wouldn't exert the effort to paint the floor to look like cobblestones because of the expense and the idea of painting 1,200 square feet of cobblestones in a realistic manner does nothing for me in a fun sort of way. Touching up the spots that will eventually let go will also be a booger to do.
