this is the end of the 2 1/2 worst months of my life. went to biloxi today for the pathology of the tumor which was removed jan 18th. from the report: transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder which in some areas is growing as grade I, but in other focal areas is growing as a grade II. muscularis is present but there is no invasion seen. DIAGNOSIS:urinary bladder, biopsy:Papillary Transitional cell carcinoma grade II/III/. ok simple tranlation is bladder cancer, NON INVASIVE!!! they took it all out and nothing to do now but heal, and GET ON WITH MY LIFE AS I KNEW IT!!!!!WHOOOOOOOOOFRICKEN RAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!! I AM HAPPY. only thing now is every 90 days i got to go and they want to look up there to see if it comes back....and this will be for the 1st yr, then it will go to 4 month visits the next year and then 6 months the next. just want to thank all who prayed and put up with my overindulgence with this this problem. all i can say friends......

Well done OP.
Have you ever looked into 'wheat grass'? I have an aunt & also an uncle (not related to each other). He was diagnosed with prostrate cancer, she with thyroid cancer. After 10 years both were fine, with no cancer medication nor operation, just regular tablespoons of wheatgrass powder on their cereal each day.
(I should add, the aunt died of a stroke the other day, but she had no active cancer, and was 86. The uncle is now 88 and fine & fit.)
It won't necessarily work for all, but it's worth considering, and it was not expensive. The doctors coulldn't explain the disappearance of the cancer in either case) (or didn't want to.....)
Have a great year!

Good news O.P. My brother in law is a CEO of a drug development company and they are working on a non-toxic chemical that scatters throughout the entire body and can be activated at the site of a tumor with pinpoint accuracy. He says it will totally eliminate chemo-therapy and its side effects. If approved, cancer will be as treatable as any non-life threatening illness. There are several big-time players involved here, including the guy who managed the Gates family finances. Whooooooooaaaaaaaaaaaa!
When the company goes public, I'm buyin' stock!!!!

Hey, Old Paint, glad to hear your surgery was a success and the post-op report was a good one. I don't post often, but I read the forum quite regularly. Your wit and humor have been missed, that fact can be felt in the posts of your peers. I wish you well, and may your future tests bring you as much joy as this one did. Back to work for you.
