The Detroit Panel looks like it came from the hand of Bob Darnell!

Hey Jill, is that the banner you did? It's dynamite!

That place looks so imposing! I see a few familiar faces in the group shot. And why is it that Jordo always ends up with a pretty woman? Nope, that is not the banner that I did....it's miles beyond mine! Wish I coulda been there. Love....Jill

Jill's banner was awesome! You are one very talented signpainter, Jill. We need to get a picture of that banner on here so it can be appreciated beyond the Motor City.

I don't think any sign painters still do watercolor showcards, but there were a few showcard artists that stopped at Danny Donati's easel to reminisce and swing a red sable. Danny even had several bottles of the old Rich Art paint. It was a treat when Bob Behounek came over and showed us his "Chicago Style" script. It had ben a long time since he'd swung a red sable (like all of us), and called it one of the highlights of the meet for him.
To Bob: Let us know if you ever do figure out how to write "minimum" in script without it looking like a stretched out Slinky.
