Some where in the last year I read an article by Tramp showing how to do his eagle. But for the life of me I can't remember which magazine it was in nor can I remember what issue.
Anyone Know?
I would like to give it a try.

Mike Lavelle also does a KILLER eagle! Monte Jumper showed me how to paint a feather at my "Duck Soup" letterhead meet.
Try to go to the Detroit Meet for your fitrst lesson of everything you want to learn!

Monte also show me how to paint a feather at Joey Hutson's. Mr. Padilla threw in a tip or two on palletting the colors together.
