Hi everyone,
When meeting new people it's generally safe to talk about the weather. Here in da U.P. this morning it was -10°f 8" more inches of snow and blowing. My bride made me get up and close the windows.

It hasn't been remotely warm since last month. There's not any snow falling, but cold temperature records are.

During the last three weeks, the thermometer has only gone above zero once...all the way up to 10 degrees.

...back out to thaw the pipes...

I dont know what's worse...

wimpy warm climate people complaining when it drops below 40,

or northerners that take pride in living in the stinkin' Tundra!!

[Smile]

Just to make you all whine a little more, I had the A/C going in my truck yesterday. [Smile] It was only 70 degrees outside but the sun had the interior heated up to about 95.

it was -30 C here in Halifax yesterday and I saw a guy taking his baby out for a stroll with no mittens. I wanted to kick his heinie from here to Greenland...what an idiot. I honked but he probably thought it was appreciation for his ugly basketball jacket.

Curtis, you are cold because you went on a diet and lost your winter protection [Wink]

As for the rest of you, my heart goes out to you. This morning while watching the weather channel I got a chill! God built me for this climate. My hands and feet are too far from my heart to survive up north. I am cold enough today right here.

Be careful.
